We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

Maharashtra: 2–5 business days
Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Rest of India: 4–10 business days
Remote and North-East Regions: 5–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected pincodes. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations based on courier serviceability and order history.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the shipment may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses, incomplete details, or unavailable recipients may incur additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If you receive a damaged package or notice missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video for investigation.
