If something isn't perfect, don't worry! We are here to help make it right with zero stress.

🔄 100% Free Exchanges (If You Change Your Mind)

Did you open the package and realize you want a different color or a completely different design instead? No problem!

It’s 100% Free: We will not charge you a single rupee extra to change your mind.
How it works: Let us know what you want instead, and we will arrange a free pickup right from your doorstep.

🛡️ Mistake on Our End? (Damaged or Wrong Items)

We always check our sarees carefully, but we are humans too!

What we cover: If your saree has a defect, damage, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong design or wrong color, we will fix it instantly.
It’s 100% Free: We will pick it up and give you a full refund or send a fresh new piece immediately. You pay nothing.

🛍️ Return Without Any Reason

Yes, you read that right! If the saree is perfectly fine, but you just feel like returning it without giving us a reason, we still accept it!

How it works: We will gladly take the saree back within the 4-day window.
The Policy: Because the product has no defect, we only deduct a small courier charge to cover the delivery partner's fees. The rest of your money goes straight back to your bank account.

To help us process your request quickly, please ensure:

You message us within 4 days of getting the package.
The saree must be unworn, unwashed, and still have its original tags and neat folds.
If the blouse piece is already cut or stitched, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Shree Datta Guru Sarees, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for approved return requests as per our Return Policy.

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.

The refund amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method. Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer's account.
