Welcome to Shree Datta Guru Sarees! We are thrilled to have you here. By using our website and purchasing our sarees, you agree to the simple rules listed below. We promise to keep things honest, clear, and fair!

🛍️ 1. Your Orders & Fair Prices

Direct Value: We manufacture our sarees in-house to give you the absolute best quality at the best rates.
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation message on WhatsApp or email.
Price Changes: Very rarely, fabric costs change. We reserve the right to update our prices, but the price you see when you checkout is exactly what you pay.

📦 2. Shipping & Delivery

100% Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all shipments across India. No hidden fees.
Delivery Times: We pack and dispatch your order quickly. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
Correct Address: Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct so our delivery partners can find you easily.

🔄 3. Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

4-Day Window: You have 4 days from delivery to request an exchange or return.
Free Exchanges: If you want to swap your saree for another design, the exchange shipping is completely free!
No-Reason Returns: If you return a perfect product just because you changed your mind, we will gladly accept it, but a small courier charge will be deducted from your refund to cover transport costs.
Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please message us on WhatsApp before we dispatch it.

🎨 4. Colors & Product Accuracy

Real Photos: We do our absolute best to show the real colors and textures of our sarees in our photos and videos.
Minor Screen Differences: Because different mobile phones and laptops display colors slightly differently, a tiny variance in shade can happen. We appreciate your understanding!

Your Data is Safe: We care about your privacy. Your phone number, address, and payment details are strictly secured and used only to deliver your beautiful sarees and send tracking updates.
No Misuse: You agree not to copy our designs, website images, or brand text for any commercial misuse.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
